Goopi: Let Your Taste Buds Thrive

This yummy desert recipe is 100% paleo and original. Drive yourself wild with the delicious chocolatey taste, guilt free! Goopi is a mixture of mainly bananas and chocolate, and of course you can personalize it by adding nuts or raisins and even other fruit tastes great on it. It will turn out sort of like fudge, but should be solid.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F


3 Bananas

2 sugarless dark chocolate bars(from Trader Joe’s preferably)

2 organic, free-range eggs

8 tablespoons of clarified butter(or coconut oil)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Almond milk to consistency(not too much liquid, slightly thick)


Mix bananas(sliced) with eggs,extract, melted butter and melted chocolate in a blender. Blend well and add almond milk. Then pour into a well-greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 25-30 mins.(or until toothpick comes out clean) Let it cool at room temperature for a little while and chill in the fridge for best taste. Enjoy!
